The rights of women by Montserrat Carranza Milian .

While I was looking at this blue see, so blue, our Mediterranean. I remembered the chilling of these women, who by terrible mistreatmens, they should hide, and they didn't facilitate their physical addresses. On that little beach, there were some young women reading calmly, breathing peace, dreaming about  freedom, and enjoying a kind of happiness that  men have never been able to create, and although we have written in our Estatut de Catalunya, the articles 19.1 and 19.2  which I remember here : Article 19.1 : all the women have the right to the free development of their personality, and personal capacity, and to live with dignity, security and autonomy, free of exploitation, mistreatments, and all kind of discrimination". Artcle 19.2: "All women have the right to take part  in equal conditions and equal oportunities like men in public and private sectors".

Unfortunately I felt disgust when I realized and felt that in my phisical environmental there are "human beings" who don't respect the right of privacy. This kind of people look at the women as an object of mercantilism and sexual exploitation. Repeatedely violating the most fundamental rights of the person, which we can find them written in many of the constitutions of the world.

But despite this, I'd like sincerely to congratulate to these people who wrote these articles dedicated to the women in our Estatut de Catalunya, because they show intelligence, sensibility and respect to the women who are living in a cultured  society, which have the intention to become more modern and advanced in the near future, and of course, also to  put into practice the human values that hold the fundamental rights.
